Arthur has designed and manufactured off site manufactured products for projects large and small and in many industries. He is experienced in designs utilizing many different materials combined in innovative ways to achieve unique results for both residential and commercial clients. His career began in 1978 in the home service sector and expanded into construction services. In 1986 he changed his focus to design and fabrication, where he remains active to this date. Arthur has worked all over the world sourcing, fabricating, and designing since 1982. He has worked extensively in Hong Kong and throughout China designing, fabricating, exporting, and installing a variety of products. He also has started operating, fabrication and casting businesses, metals fabrication, and graphene/carbon heating products. Currently he is the CEO of Tru-wall Solutions LLC and Radiant Panel Technologies LLC. He has experience in organization creation consulting and ecosystem development for sustained yield management. Over the years, Arthur has developed a substantial network of professional, technical, business, and other relationships across the globe.
Jim is a transformational leader with extensive experience developing and implementing successful long-range plans and growth strategies across the retail and consumer products landscape. Jim’s fact-based analytical approach leads to excellent top-line and bottom-line growth. His prior experiences include serving as CEO of 180s, a wearable tech company selling into big box, specialty, grocery and ecommerce retailers. He also served as Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy for JC Penney Company, Inc. and prior to that as CEO of Sephora.com. Jim has also served with LVMH, Merry-Go-Round, Macy’s, and McKinsey & Company. Jim graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering, and he went on to earn a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
Harry is a technology executive with an extensive history of developing and implementing systems to support sales & marketing for entities like Yamaha Motor, Yamaha Sport, Yamaha Boats, Tracker/Bass Pro, Grady-White, Smokercraft Brands, Snap-on, Chaparral and many more. For the past 2 decades, Harry has been the acting President and CTO of an industry leading CRM, Lead Management and Nurture Marketing firm and played a key role in the design and development of a process to move data via XML similar to the STAR Standards utilized by the automotive industry. Harry has a reputation of being the go-to-guy when businesses in the leisure products space are looking to enhance customer communication/satisfaction and/or develop a strong nurture marketing strategy. Harry currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer.
Jack was born in the Taiwan and has dual citizenships in the United States and Taiwan. Jack has decades of experience in international business and operations including management, manufacturing, retail trade, and real estate development. Jack is the Vice President of F&H International Group. Currently, he is establishing a 1.4 billion dollar medical complex in Wuxi City, China in cooperation with a local real estate developer and other international participants. Additionally, Jack is involved in introducing high tech projects and products to China. He is a graduate of Taiwan Tunghai University in 1975.
Hanh was born in Saigon and raised in the USA. Hanh is a dynamic, “out-of-the-boxt thinker” with over 15 years of industrial manufacturing, commercial marketing and sales experience. Hanh possesses a passion for new innovation with executive expertise in forging new and strategic business relationships & GGTGs designed to enhance and accelerate sales growth and revenue. A sound understanding of domestic and international business practices, go-to-market strategies, emerging marketplace trends and launch campaigns will enable Hanh to immediately contribute and deploy both a short and long term strategy to uproot marketplace standards and spearhead sales efforts for RPT heating solutions. Prior to becoming a member of the RPT Executive Committee and Vice President of Sales, Hanh has held various management positions in Engineering, Product Development, Product Marketing and Procurement Management during his 20 year tenure with Snap-on Tools. Hanh holds a Masters Degree in Business from Loyola University Chicago with concentrations in multiple disciplines of Sales & Marketing.

Ruan was at the forefront of the new technology as it developed into commercial viability. After years of research and development, he Founded Jiangsu Kenuan Technology in 2014. Kenuan is the first company in the world to apply graphene materials to the heating field. The company has two invention patents and 15 patents for new uses with an additional five patents, approved by the National Patent Office (still in process). Kenuan cooperates with the top universities of Tsinghua University of China, Weihai branch of Harbin University of Technology, Jiangnan Institute of Graphene, Suzhou Institute of Nano, etc. to develop the application technology of graphene, produce the products, and sell the products in a series of enterprises.
